While reading the Globe and Mail today in economics’s class, they had an article about a $5,000 bowl of pho.
This bowl of pho is offered at Crustacean, a Vietnamese restaurant in Beverly Hills. Made with A5 Wagu beef, white alba truffles, foie gras broth, “hand raised” bean sprouts and blue lobster noodles. But don’t worry, the hefty price tag should be eased knowing that proceeds from this dish benefit the UCSF Benioff Children hospital.
I know this dish would be perfect for Bill Gate’s “daughter” ! She could treat us each to a bowl of delicious pho!( sarcasm)
